my mother had to attend a mandatory training session for people working as primary care assistants (PCA's). it was from 10am to 1pm, and held at an office down in quincy near the naponset river. i tagged along because it's been a while since i've been to quincy, and i wanted to see what many people have been calling a second chinatown.
