with a couple of days shy of april, it started snowing again today. it seemed like a lot was falling, but the streets were warm enough that the snow never accumulated, just on the dirty piles and lawns. i left my house around 12:00 and biked to belmont. the front of my jacket was coated in a layer of wet snow by the time i arrived 20 minutes later.

my sister had dropped hailey off in the morning. while we ate lunch, hailey hovered around the dining table, hoping to get fed as well. when we ignored her, she went back to sleep on the couch. in the afternoon my sister returned. because we didn't let her connect her computer to the HDTV so she could watch a lacrosse game (?), she took the dog and left in a huff.

the snow had stopped in the early evening, but started again by the time i left for cambridge. i chatted with sunmeng briefly, she spent the night at her former classmate's place yesterday and they were going to go climb nanshan today. i watched a hilarious new episode of saturday night live with guest host the rock. the sketch that made me laugh the hardest was the indiana jones-esque spoof.
