it's my day off so i'm not going to write too much. i purposely skipped work so i could go to chongqing today (saturday), which i normally do on a sunday. i felt a little guilty, but then felt angry for feeling guilty about enjoying a normal 2-day weekend. i visited 2 post offices and got 2 very different quotes: the one i like best is RMB$265 for a 4kg shipment. i bought a pair of pants (RMB$79) and 2 shirts (RMB$65, RMB$100). i also got a new pair of earbuds (RMB$22), which work surprisingly well for something so cheap. had i known i might not have ordered a few pairs from amazon.com. i came back by late afternoon, chatted with sunmeng before she left work. not quite sure if she's coming tomorrow even though we've talked about it all week long. in any case, tomorrow looks to be fairly relaxed, i can sleep a little late and just hang out around town.
