it's nearly midnight and i just finished another day's worth of coding for dual clients. i'm actually in pretty good shape, my stuff for client N is pretty much done (i just need to make one last office house call tomorrow) and client R coding is just some little loose ends to tidy up. at this rate i'll have most of thursday and all of friday free, barring any unforeseen programming issues.

the very last of my shipments arrived today: one arkon handlebar camera mount ($5.89). hopefully it's better than my velcro-strapped plate mount. this new camera mount is bigger than i expected, but probably means it's sturdier. i'm trying to think of a good time i can use it.

i look forward to going to sleep, get some reading done before bed. my latest book is the illustrious dead: the terrifying story of how typhus killed napoleon's great army by stephan talty (2009). it reminds me of another book i read (actually an audio book that i used to listen to back when i still ran), about the 1854 broad street cholera outbreak.
