i woke up, ate some breakfast/lunch, put in my 5 hours of work, then spent the rest of the day lounging around the house, either reading my kindle, or watching a pirated screener of the king's speech (great movie by the way, the award season looks firthy).

it snowed a little bit late last night and i went out this morning to scrape the frozen dusting off of the sidewalk and to sprinkle some salt. the forecast is for another more substantial snowstorm to hit us later tonight and through tomorrow morning. the projected accumulation looks to be 6-8", which is a respectable amount of snow, but in light of the recent dumping (that left places with feet instead of inches), the region is only offering up a collective meh.
