i'm just coming off of a 13 hour work buzz. i feel drunk but it's just because i'm super tired. i can barely open my eyes; i won't have any problems falling asleep tonight. i've got a delivery thursday so after tonight i just have one more day to work on it. it'll be rough in terms of quality (so far i just have text and audio content) but the client already knows that. it's too bad i've been so busy these few weeks, i haven't been able to fully appreciate the empty house; my roommate returns home late tomorrow night. he won't be here this weekend though, he'll be in NYC with his german lady friend.

during the daytime i was a frugivore: i had a banana for breakfast, then some orange slices and a pomegranate for lunch. also a bar of chocolate. that's a fruit, right? i managed to work through the 4:00 night barrier, even though normally once it gets dark my mind begins to shut down. close to 8:00 i finally left my bedroom office and heated up some leftover peking raviolis for dinner while watching glee, life unexpected, and the warehouse 13 christmas special. i continued working, doing mostly production stuff creating some XML documents (that in itself took 4 hours).

that bit of snow that was supposed to fall on friday that made me decide to put away my motorcycle for the season? turns out it's not coming after all. am i disappointed? not particularly; it wasn't like i was going to do much riding, not with the cold weather. without the motorcycle parked outside i feel like that's one less thing i have to worry about. i'm jonesing for a bike (bicycle) ride though, especially now that i've switched over to the trek. those fenders i ordered sunday night are scheduled to arrive thursday, which is perfect, because i'll have some time to attach them. i just need to put in another full day's worth of work tomorrow and i can spend the rest of the week riding around town.
