staying at mary's guesthouse in chengyang. there's internet service here - when there isn't a blackout that is (road repair has left this dong village without steady electricity for the past few days). posting photos. leaving the day after tomorrow, going to guilin, see what all the hype is about, try to find a hotel room that isn't too overly-priced, then meander to yangshuo, spend a few days there, before hong kong then boston.
