i am that much closer to being done and i have my weekend work to thank for it. if it wasn't for the hours i logged a few days ago, i'd probably be in pretty bad shape right now, but tonight i feel pretty good, and just some casual hours of debugging everyday will get me through the rest of the week. today i finished up work for client B (which was the work i was doing on sunday). the bug list looked daunting at first (especially when i received another list this morning), but since i wrote the code, that made it much easier to fix because i knew where everything was. when i talked with the client, even he was surprised when i told him i could have the whole thing done by late afternoon. my other project is for client S, the one with the dragging deadline. i did a little bit of work for them as well today, some last minute patches. the big bugs are fixed, now there's just a small list of minor bugs which i can easily wrap up tomorrow.

in the evening julie came over and made some french chicken and asparagus with mustard sauce over rice. i would never think to eat asparagus, were it not for the magical property of making my pee stinky.
