i heard that on the news tonight. well, i'm glad i'm doing my part to keep my condo below the legal minimum temperature! i would probably be a very bad landlord. my tenants would give me the nickname of "mr.freeze" and secretly find some way to turn up the heat when i'm not around. "but it's too cold!" they'd complain. i'd advise them to put on more clothes. they'd roll their eyes. i'd roll mine.
today i logged an hour of work (some quick bug fixes before zipping up everything and uploading it onto the server), had belgian waffles for breakfast, and a mama celeste pizza for dinner with a side of salad (i had too much salad greens, have to finish them before they spoil). i was very careful not to drink anything caffeinated, after what happened yesterday. the only time i left the house into the bitter cold was to drop off a few letters into the mailbox. i took a bath after dinner, reading the latest issue of wired. i have a bunch of magazines still being sent to belmont, i need to call them up and have them diverted to my current address. i got out of the tub just in time to catch a new episode of the gilmore girls. lorelai is not seriously considering dating that friend of sookie's friend, is she? the bad dad from 24, the one who killed his wife and beats his daughter? lorelai + luke 4eva!
