this morning i went with my mother to the korean supermarket in union square followed by a stop at market basket. from the korean place i got a jar of salted shrimp sauce for my next batch of kimchee. from market basket i got a box of mandarin orange spice tea. back at home, i tried the tea, wasn't that great, i still prefer a spicy chai. i left soon afterwards for belmont.

my sister made some sushi as a pre-dinner appetizer. for the actual dinner itself, we had hot dogs (cooked in the toaster oven). before i left, the whole family was online looking to a buy a food jar thermos.

i made it home in time to watch game 7 of the celtics magic matchup. boston finally ran out of steam tonight. orlando beat us and it wasn't even close. doc rivers took out pierce and allen with just minutes left in the game, knowing it was a losing cause. celtics gave it their all, going the distance against both the bulls and the magic. unfortunately heart alone doesn't win you the championship, and the team was just too depleted. to be honest, i'm surprised they made it this far already. unfortunately i'll be rooting for cleveland come wednesday. lebron james and company are unstoppable this year and there's a few ex-celtics players on the cavaliers. at least we'll still have last year.
