coming back from running today i saw a
black squirrel on the corner of mason and james, digging through some trash. at first i thought it was just a dirty squirrel but then i realized it was actually black. before i went home i grabbed the latest copy of the rosenoff report from the realtor office. i found out the price of my neighbor's place (up for sale) a few houses down, $380k.
it's smaller than my place and they're selling it for more than $100k of what i paid. no wonder that place has been up for sale since this summer, first by the owners, now with a real estate agent. after my shower, i divided up my remaining lucky bamboo plants. in recent months 3 of them have already died. i figured if i untangled the roots a little bit, maybe it might help the rest of them survive. i went to my parents' place for dinner and also taught my sister how to take macro photos of the jewelry she's making for her online store.
